In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Pre-orders ship within the estimated window shown on the product page.

We ship with trusted carriers (e.g. Correos, SEUR, DHL).

Shipping zones: Spain, EU, and International (where available).

Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla may require additional information and customs processing.

Free shipping on all orders delivered within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on destination and order weight.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times (ETAs)

Spain: 24–72h once the order has been shipped.

EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or high-volume periods.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email Support@berlancce.com as soon as possible.
Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or uncollected package:

We can reship the order (re-shipping charges may apply), or
-
Refund the product amount (original shipping, if any, is non-refundable).
Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU (and to Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla) may incur import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

These costs are the customer’s responsibility and may affect delivery times.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit:

Report it within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number.

We’ll file a claim with the carrier and, once resolved, we will replace the item or refund your order as appropriate.
Partial shipments
By default, all items ship together when the order is complete.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be dispatched in a single shipment when everything is ready.
